Shipping
Confirmed orders of the A.I.R. Solo UV sterilization mask began shipping in August 2020. You will be sent a shipping fulfillment email with your tracking number when available.
Most items will be shipped within one to two business days unless out of stock. If your order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, we will process your order on the next business day. Customers will be notified of out of stock items via email.
United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS are currently experiencing nationwide delays. They are providing service alerts on a regular basis; however, we cannot control the transit times once a package leaves our facility. Please check their newsrooms for the latest updates.
Return Policy
We will accept returns within 30 days less shipping and 5% restocking fee as long as the product is 100% unopened with the safety seal still intact. We cannot accept back any opened products for sanitary reasons.
Please email info@theairdevice.com to start the process; we will need proof of purchase (order number or receipt), photo confirmation of an intact safety seal, and the reason for return. We will issue an RMA# to send the product back to our facility; customer is responsible for shipping cost (including any duties and taxes) unless otherwise informed. Once receiving your RMA#, please print and fill out the Return Form that will be provided to you via email. This document needs to be included with the merchandise along with a copy of your original receipt. An RMA# is necessary for all returned packages. Failure to follow this step will result in your package being refused and/or returned to sender.​

Returns and exchanges will be processed within 5 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
WARRANTY Policy
The A.I.R. Device has a 1-year limited warranty on manufacturer defects. User error or negligence will not be covered under this policy. If you have an issue with the product, please contact us to diagnose the issue. You may be required to answer questions or assist in the diagnosis. We do not offer warranty on purchases made from unauthorized vendors. Warranty only covers the original part purchased and is not transferrable. We reserve the right to make changes to this warranty policy at any time.
